REFUND AND Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Ghostfire Gaming! We strive to deliver quality products to our customers in all cases – however for the rare instances that a refund or return is required, this policy is used.

Generally, an order that is being or has been delivered cannot be refunded until all items are returned to Ghostfire Gaming. After receiving the item or items in your order and inspecting the condition of them, we will decide whether to process your return or exchange.

Damaged Products

If photographic evidence of the damage product is provided upon delivery, we will replace or refund the products if Ghostfire Gaming is able to determine that it is one of the following:

  • A manufacturing fault,
  • Damaged from the manufacturing or shipping process, or
  • Differing from the advertised quality.

If the product is not evidently in a condition upon delivery that we deem to be as any of the above faults or damages, then no refund will be made.

Ghostfire Gaming reserves the right to evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

We do not take any responsibility for replacing or refunding products that are damaged due to the actions of the purchaser, their acquaintances, and (or) their pet(s).

Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


In the case where the requested refund is not due to the product being damaged, all shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

Once the product is received and verified in the same condition it was purchased then a return will be made.

‘Change of Mind’ refunds

Change of Mind refunds (Also known as the buyer’s remorse cooling off period) for all Ghostfire Gaming Pty Ltd Products and Affiliated Brands is 3 days from initial purchase. This does not apply to Digital purchases.

For subscription items (such as the FABLES Subscription), you will be refunded for the membership sign up fee and not for any additional Fables monthly charges.

Stolen Items

If an Item is delivered and we are notified as such by the courier, however is then reported as stolen by the courier or consignee, we are not obligated to offer a replacement to this order and recommend contacting the local authorities and courier in relation to your stolen goods.

Unclaimed or missing Items

We reserve the right to evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

If the unclaimed order or missing items are deemed as the fault of Ghostfire Gaming, we may offer a refund or replacement of the order or items.

If an order is reported as unclaimed and unreceived by the courier or consignee, 4 weeks after the purchased items have been marked as ‘delivered’ we are not obligated to offer a replacement to this order and recommend contacting the courier in relation to the location of your order.

If a replacement is offered, we will request that you pay for the shipment fees to have this resent.

Books and Pdf’s 

Books and PDFs are not generally subject to export or import restrictions, however it is up to the customer to pay any local taxes or customs duties if charged. We do not have control over this.

Physical orders can be cancelled and refunded before they are shipped, but if the product includes downloadable content, that you have downloaded, the cost of the PDF version will be deducted from the value of the refund.

We are unable to refund PDFs that have been downloaded.

Product Recalls

In the case that an Item is defective or faulty, we may request to have an item returned to us. When this is requested, all returns must be resent within 7 days of the return request. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. A shipping and tracking number will also be required upon return delivery and will need to be sent to the support team. If this is required, our Team will send the appropriate return addresses and details to you.


You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return and refund or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning merchandise with proof of purchase, you will be asked for your order information and personal order information as authorization of the return transaction. Ghostfire Gaming PTY LTD will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorized Ghostfire Gaming PTY LTD team members for fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with Ghostfire Gaming’s Privacy Policy.
