Character customization was really well designed! Makes having a specific build in mind so much easier for players to accomplish.
Over all great book. Originally bought it because I’ve been looking for new ideas for NPCs amd ideas to throw at my players, but didn’t find anything I could fit into the setting. That’s what I get for trying to mix apocalyptic events.
But an owned resource is never wasted, simply waiting to be used, and ghostfire has more than earned my money
Arora is an excellent setting guide as well as an awesome tool for players wanting to spice up character creation. I’ve been recommending this to anyone I get a chance to. My only critique would be to put the setting guide/DM info after the player options for ease of use!

The lore is expansive and the book introduces new, interesting mechanics. Players at my table have really loved the “Character Traits” approaching to creating new characters, so from now on, instead of using races for our campaigns, we’ll just use this system.
